Chinese way to load a big piece of rock onto a dump truck

It happened on a mining site in China.

In the pictures we can see how the excavator operator is trying to load a large piece of rock in a truck.

It seems to be a large piece of marble.

Only the method used by the two is very strange.

They push the marble piece into the truck’s bin.
