The largest aircraft in operation (until 2019) and still the longest and heaviest aircraft in the world, Antonov An-225 “Mriya”, brought medical equipment to Windhoek in Namibia. The An-225 has a wingspan of 88.4 meters and can carry a maximum of 250 tons.
