The Tour de France organization released images of the 4th stage that show the cyclists reaching an impressive speed of 110 km/h.
The moment was filmed on the descent to the entrance to Briançon, with the cyclists passing at breakneck speed to the applause of the public.
The record for the highest speed ever recorded in the Tour de France is from 2016 and belongs to Marcus Burghardt, on a downhill he reached a speed of 130.6 mph.
