Primitive technology vs mega machines for cutting and splitting wood

First  gasoline-powered  chainsaw was launched on the market by the Hamburg Company called DOLMAR in 1927 called TYPE A. It had to be operated by two operators and could only make vertical cuts.

In this video we will see “primitive” chainsaws and homemade log splitting machines in combination with highly technological firewood processor equipment.

Surely the most impressive are those very old chainsaws from 20th century.
