An inexperienced truck driver tries to unload a dump truck. Last day at work?

 

What do you think is the mistake made by this truck driver that led to this incident when he was trying to unload the truck?

The fact that he didn’t open the door and all the weight was practically lifted and the hydraulic piston failed?

But surely, if his bosses saw this footage, it was probably his last day of work.
