Driving a boat it’s not as easy as we think

Driving a boat is not that simple yet. Sometimes you suffer from a gust of wind and you lie crosswise in the Suez Canal and sometimes you suffer from engine problems and it is not so good to steer. Can a captain of a cargo ship have a say, because last year he sailed 18,000 tons of coal against a pier in Toledo in the Philippines. The images seem to have only just surfaced and are currently circulating fast on the internet.
