Haselünne, Germany. The oversized cargo overturned after halfway through the almost 60 km route from Haselünn, Germany, to the port of Dörpen. The overturning of the carbon dioxide tank allegedly caused human failure, due to incorrect trailer height adjustment. No technical deficiencies were found on the transport vehicle or on the special trailer.
