Heavy haulage of giant tank gone wrong

We saw a lot of transprots like this one but we never but we have never seen or heard of it  this kind of outfall. The planning and execution of these operations are a huge task, including a lot of people, various governmetn agencies, engineering, and some pretty steep fees.

The footage of this transport is almost as much of a disaster as the transport itself. The two most interesting moments are missing : – how the tank falls (to be fair it might be hard to catch) – how the tank was put back (no excuse for this one)
