Lifting a rescue boat on a ship when the sea is agitated and strong waves

A rescue boat was to be taken again on the ship. So crew members threw a cable that was hooked on the boat. But everything had to be done very quickly because the waves were strong.

Unfortunately, the boat was unbalanced due to the waves and the crew of the rescue boat went through very difficult moments.

If all the crew were wearing seat belts, the mission would have been much easier and would have been carried out safely.
