Lifting an iron gate with an excavator gone wrong

They wanted to take the gate out of the hinges and because it seemed too heavy they called on an excavator.

Though it should have been an easy task, look at what happened. The power of the excavator has broken the supporting pole of the gates and the fence is crashing with the gates.
