The bigger boat (which had bumpers deployed on it’s starboard side) arrived at the gas station first and was probably trying to turn around to back in to the dock. The smaller boat probably took this opportunity to cut in front of him. Pissed off from his spot been taken, he swings towards the small boat’s side, trim up the drives and decides to spray them.. This is a common prank technique used… this guy’s intention was obviously not to be funny….
