Referee stopped the game and expelled a fan who was insulting her in Argentina

Roberta Echeverría is being highly praised for what she did in the game between UAI Urquiza and Racing (2-1), played last Saturday and referring to the 12th edition of the women’s football tournament organized by the Argentine Football Association.

The referee interrupted the game after five minutes of the second half to expel a fan who was insulting not only her but also the players who were on the field.

Roberta Echeverría waited for the aforementioned fan to leave the premises and only then resumed the game which, it should be noted, ran smoothly until the end.
