And it is not a joke. In many countries from Eastern Europe like Romania, Ukraine or Moldova road infrastructure is very poor. In these countries there are very few kilometers of highways and it seems a lot of drivers from these countries have serious problems when they meet multi-lane highways, roundabouts and difficult intersections.
