The driver of a truck does not notice the helicopter rotor

The incident happened in Brazil.
Harpia 01 was preparing to take off when a truck appeared. This helicopter is from the Military Police of Acre (Brazil), it was taking off after a police operation. But the truck (which was in the service of the health department of Acre) ended up hitting the propeller of the helicopter.
